Her background is in research on user-centered methodologies and information systems, which enables to combine technological novelties with smooth user-experience.

In addition to responsibility over Information Systems and the overall Process Architecture, Juha also has the executive level responsibility of the company’s digitalization strategy. Juha Pankakoski has worked at Konecranes since 2004. He has previously held several management positions in operations and business development at Konecranes. Juha has a solid background both in IT and Service and Equipment businesses, and is therefore well suited to drive the development and co-operation between IT and business.

As former Researcher Petra has worked at SICS, The Mobile Life Centre, Salzburg University and Microsoft Research in Cambridge, UK. Since November last year Petra is heading up the Husqvarna Group Connectivity Hub formed to set strategies, standards and work plans for Husqvarna Group's Connectivity work.

jopauwelsJo Pauwels, Group Senior Vice President, Head of Customer Services, ABB Discrete automation and motion Jo has worked in the industrial robotics automation industry for the last 30 years. He started his career in the early eighties as a robotic engineer for ASEA and he was one of the pioneers that introduced robots and flexible automation into the automotive and manufacturing industry. Located in Brussels, he started an international career when ASEA merged with BBC in 1988 to become ABB. Being a member of an international taskforce he specified the future ABB robotics market offer. Since 2003 he is heading the Business Unit Services for the Robotics division and since October 2011 heading customer service for the Discrete Automation and Motion division, as Group Senior Vice President.

He launched products in Sweden and internationally. He also has P&L and line manager responsibility for B2B & B2C businesses. As Program Manager Connectivity, he is currently responsible for the commercial development of connectivity (M2M) as a service and coordination of related activities across Alfa Laval’s full product range in nearly 100 countries.
